學校/NGO機構採購流程（30天信用期付款）
適用對象：政府部門／醫院／學校／社福機構（NGO）
支援付款方式：支票／銀行轉帳（送貨後30天內付款）
📦 索取報價單
- 加入購物車 選擇所需產品，點擊「Checkout」進入結算頁面。
- 選擇送貨方式
勾選「Deliver to an address」
運費說明：
l 香港訂單滿 HK$500 免運費，不足額收取 HK$30。
l 詳細送貨政策（可嵌入連結）
填寫機構資料
必填欄位：
l 機構全稱
l 詳細送貨地址
l 聯絡人姓名及手提電話
l 機構電話及電郵
- 於付款方式位置選取「索取報價單」
- 確認訂單
l 點擊「Complete Order」提交，系統將發送訂單確認電郵至您的郵箱。
- 報價單確認
l 我們核對訂單後，透過電郵發送附蓋印欄位的報價單（Quotation）。
l 如確認有閞報價，請加蓋機構印章，回傳PDF至我方郵箱kidsharmonyhk@gmail.com。

l 點擊「Complete Order」提交，系統將發送訂單確認電郵至您的郵箱。
📑5. 發貨安排
l 現貨：2-3個工作日內出貨。
l 訂貨：2-3週內出貨（特殊商品另行通知）。
l 隨貨附上蓋章發票（Invoice）正本。
- 付款與收據
l 收到貨品後 30天內 請安排：
Ø 銀行轉帳 或 郵寄支票至本公司 ( Mail Box：P.O. Box 71546, KOWLOON CENTRAL POST OFFICE)。
Ø 我們收到款項後，將寄出正式收據。

📦 Request a Quotation
1. Add to Cart : Select the desired products and click "Checkout" to proceed to the payment page.
2. Select Delivery Option : Choose "Deliver to an address.".
Shipping Policy:
• Free shipping for Hong Kong orders over HK$500; otherwise, a HK$30 fee applies.
• Detailed delivery policy (退換貨政策 Refund & Exchange Policy – Kids Harmony Hong Kong)
Fill in Organization Details
Required fields:
• Full organization name
• Detailed delivery address
• Contact person’s name and mobile number
• Organization phone number and email
3. Select Payment Method : Choose "Request a Quotation"
4. Confirm Order
• Click "Complete Order" to submit. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.
5. Quotation Confirmation
• After verifying your order, we will email you a stamped quotation with a designated seal field.
• If the quotation is confirmed, please affix your organization’s official seal and return the PDF to kidsharmonyhk@gmail.com.

- Shipping Arrangements
•In-stock items: Delivered in 2-3 working days.
•Special orders: 2-3 weeks (subject to availability).
•A stamped invoice (hard copy) will be included with delivery.
- Payment & Receipt
•Within 30 days of delivery, please:
Ø Transfer payment OR mail a cheque ( Mail Box：P.O. Box 71546, KOWLOON CENTRAL POST OFFICE).
Ø An official receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation.
