學校/NGO機構採購流程（30天信用期付款）

適用對象：政府部門／醫院／學校／社福機構（NGO）
支援付款方式：支票／銀行轉帳（送貨後30天內付款）

📦 網上下單步驟

  1. 加入購物車

    • 選擇所需產品，點擊「Checkout」進入結算頁面。

  2. 選擇送貨方式

    • 勾選「Deliver to an address」

    • 運費說明：

      • 香港訂單滿 HK$500 免運費，不足額收取 HK$30。

      • 詳細送貨政策（可嵌入連結）

  3. 填寫機構資料

    • 必填欄位：

      • 機構全稱

      • 詳細送貨地址

      • 聯絡人姓名及手提電話

      • 機構電話及電郵

  4. 選擇信用期付款

    • 付款方式選擇：
      「For School/NGO/HA Credit 30 days by cheque or bank transfer」

  5. 確認訂單

    • 點擊「Complete Order」提交，系統將發送訂單確認電郵至您的郵箱。

📑 後續流程

  1. 報價單確認

    • 我們將致電聯絡人核對訂單，並電郵附蓋印欄位的報價單（Quotation）。

    • 請加蓋機構印章，回傳PDF至我方郵箱。

  2. 發貨安排

    • 現貨：2-3個工作日內出貨。

    • 訂貨：2-3週內出貨（特殊商品另行通知）。

    • 隨貨附上蓋章發票（Invoice）正本。

  3. 付款與收據

    • 收到貨物後 30天內 請安排：

      • 銀行轉帳 或 郵寄支票至我司。

    • 我們收到款項後，將寄出正式收據。

🛒 Online Ordering Steps

  1. Add to Cart

    • Select products and proceed to "Checkout."

  2. Select Delivery Option

    • Choose "Deliver to an address."

    • Shipping Fees (Hong Kong):

  3. Fill in Organization Details

    • Required fields:

      • Full organization name

      • Delivery address

      • Contact person & mobile number

      • Organization phone & email

  4. Select Payment Method

    • Choose:
      "For School/NGO/HA Credit 30 days by cheque or bank transfer"

  5. Complete Order

    • Click "Complete Order" – a confirmation email will be sent.

📋 Post-Order Process

  1. Quotation Confirmation

    • We will call to verify the order and email a quotation (PDF).

    • Please stamp & return the approved quotation.

  2. Shipping Arrangements

    • In-stock items: Delivered in 2-3 working days.

    • Special orders: 2-3 weeks (subject to availability).

    • A stamped invoice (hard copy) will be included with delivery.

  3. Payment & Receipt

    • Within 30 days of delivery, please:

      • Transfer payment OR mail a cheque.

    • An official receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation.
