退換貨政策 Refund & Exchange Policy
Kids Harmony Hong Kong Limited 致力為每位 SEN 家庭提供優質的感官教具及服務。本政策旨在清晰說明退換貨及退款的適用條件,以保障您的購物體驗及商品品質。
一、收貨驗貨提示 ⚠️

請於收貨當日即時檢查商品外觀及配件是否完整。如發現外包裝有明顯破損,請即時拍攝照片,並於簽收後 24 小時內聯絡我們。逾時恕難處理。 |
二、基本政策
於 www.kidsharmonyhk.com 下單的訂單一經確認,除商品存在質量問題(詳見第四節)外,恕不接受訂單修改、取消或退款請求。
本公司將優先安排換貨處理;如相關商品已斷貨,方會安排全額退款(原路退回)。
三、不予退換的情況
出現以下情況時,本公司無法辦理退換貨:
- 商品送達後因個人原因不需要
- 因人為使用不當、意外或不當處理造成的損壞
- 商品原包裝已破損、丟失或不完整
- 因顯示器差異或拍攝光線導致的色差問題(實物以商品為準)
- 木質商品因以下原因造成的損壞:
- 使用過量水、清潔劑或酒精導致漆面脫落或發霉
- 長時間陽光直射
四、質量問題退換流程
若您收到的商品存在質量問題,請按以下步驟處理:

- 7 天內提出:請在簽收日起 7 天內(含簽收日)聯絡我們

- 訂單編號
- 質量問題描述及清晰照片或影片
- 商品缺陷部位或缺失配件證明
4.2 退換條件
- 商品須保持完整且配件齊全
- 如屬生產瑕疵,即使已拆封亦可申請,惟須提供清晰照片及影片作證明
- 每筆訂單僅限退換一次(同款商品或配件)
- 退款將原路退回至原支付賬戶
4.3 相關費用
- 原訂單運費不予退還
- 退貨運費由客戶承擔
- 香港以外地區適用特殊條款,請先諮詢客服
五、貨品供應
所有商品之供應均視乎存貨量而定。如因不可抗力或供應商缺貨而未能提供訂單內之全部或部分商品,Kids Harmony Hong Kong Limited 保留取消該商品訂單並安排全額退款(原路退回)之權利,本公司不承擔任何額外賠償責任。
六、配送時間免責聲明
網頁或客服所提供的預計送貨時間僅供參考。如因物流公司延誤、交通狀況或任何非本公司能控制的原因導致派送延期,本公司將不承擔任何直接或間接的法律責任或損失。本公司將盡力協助顧客向物流公司查詢,但最終賠償責任由物流公司承擔。

1. Delivery Inspection Notice ⚠️

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of signing. Claims after this period may not be accepted. |
2. General Policy
All orders placed on www.kidsharmonyhk.com are final. Once confirmed, order changes, cancellations, or refund requests are not accepted unless a verified quality defect exists (see Section 4).
Exchanges are prioritised over refunds. Refunds are only issued when the item is out of stock.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products no longer needed after delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Items missing, damaged, or without original packaging.
- Colour variations due to monitor settings or photography lighting (actual product prevails).
- Wooden products damaged by:
- Excessive water, cleaners, or alcohol (causing paint peeling or mould).
- Prolonged direct sunlight exposure.
4. Quality-Related Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

- Order number
- Description and clear photos or videos of the defect
- Evidence of damaged parts or missing accessories
4.2 Approval Conditions
- Items must be complete with all accessories.
- Factory-defective items qualify even if opened, provided clear photo or video evidence is submitted.
- One exchange per order (same product or accessories only).
- Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
4.3 Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- International orders (outside Hong Kong): Special conditions apply — contact us first.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil all or part of an order due to force majeure or supplier stock shortage, Kids Harmony Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to cancel the affected items and arrange a full refund via the original payment method. No additional compensation will be provided.
6. Delivery Disclaimer
Estimated delivery times provided on our website or by our team are for reference only. Kids Harmony Hong Kong Limited is not liable for any delays caused by courier companies, traffic conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to assist customers in following up with the courier; however, final liability for compensation rests with the courier company.

- All return and exchange requests must be approved by Kids Harmony Hong Kong Limited prior to sending back items. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
