• 兩組接力賽：分成兩隊，每人每次只可拿一粒串珠跑去穿入立柱，再跑回拍下一位隊友的手接力；亦可加入指令變化（例如「用左手穿」、「跳過障礙物再穿」），訓練聽指令、動作計劃及團隊合作。

🎮 How to Play / Use

• Head-to-head race: two children start at the line with beads beside the poles at the far end (or the other way round). On the whistle, they run to thread the beads, and the first to stack six wins. For beginners, shorten the distance, use fewer beads or walk, then speed up as skills grow.
• Team relay: split into two teams. Each child carries one bead to thread onto the pole, then runs back to tag the next teammate. Add variations ("thread with your left hand", "jump the obstacle first") to train listening, motor planning and teamwork.
