🎮 遊戲方法

• 森林踏石遞進：先把樹樁緊密排成直線，讓小朋友扶著成人的手逐個踏過；熟練後獨立步行，再逐步拉遠距離、排成 S 形或左右交錯；最後挑戰單腳跳或計時完成，途中不可踏到地面。
• 彩色樹樁指令：把樹樁散放在地上並亮起燈光，成人叫出顏色（「踏上藍色樹樁！」），小朋友要找到並站上對應顏色的樹樁；亦可連續叫出兩三個顏色，讓小朋友按次序踏過，訓練聽指令、記憶力、反應速度及平衡。

🎮 How to Play / Use

• Graded forest stepping: place the stumps close together in a line for children to step across holding an adult's hand. Then walk independently, space the stumps further apart, set them in an S-curve or zigzag, and finally try hopping or racing the clock without touching the floor.
• Colour stump call: scatter the stumps with the lights on. An adult calls a colour ("step on the blue stump!"), and children find and stand on it. Or call two or three colours for children to step on in order, training listening, memory, reactions and balance.
