退換貨政策

一、基本政策

  1. 在 www.kidsharmonyhk.com 下單的訂單一經確認，恕不接受 任何形式的訂單修改、取消、退換貨或退款請求。

  2. 除商品存在 質量問題 外（詳見下文），其他情況 一律不予退換。

二、不予退換的情況

出現以下情況時，我們 無法辦理 退換貨：

  • 商品送達後因 個人原因 不需要

  • 因 人為使用不當 造成的損壞

  • 商品 原包裝已破損、丟失或不完整

  • 因 顯示器差異 或 拍攝光線 導致的色差問題

  • 木質商品 因以下原因造成的損壞：

    • 使用 過量水、清潔劑或酒精 導致漆面脫落/發霉

    • 長時間陽光直射

三、質量問題退換流程

若您收到的商品存在 質量問題，請按以下步驟處理：

1. 申請流程

  • 7天內提出：請在 簽收日起7天內（含簽收日）通過以下方式聯繫我們：

  • 需提供資料：

    • 訂單編號

    • 質量問題描述及 清晰照片

    • 商品缺陷部位/缺失配件證明

2. 退換條件

  • 僅限 未拆封商品 或確認 生產瑕疵 的商品

  • 每筆訂單 僅限退換一次（同款商品或配件）

  • 退款將 原路退回 至支付賬戶

3. 相關費用

  • 原訂單運費不予退還

  • 退貨運費由客戶承擔

  • 香港以外地區 適用特殊條款，請先諮詢客服

Refund & Exchange Policy

1. General Policy

All orders placed on www.kidsharmonyhk.com are final. Once an order is confirmed, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted, except in cases of verified quality defects (see below).

2. Non-Exchangeable/Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products no longer needed after delivery.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

  • Items without original packaging (torn, damaged, or incomplete).

  • Color variations due to monitor settings or photography lighting (actual product prevails).

  • Wooden products damaged by:

    • Excessive water, cleaners, or alcohol (causing paint peeling/mold).

    • Direct sunlight exposure.

3. Quality-Related Returns/Exchanges

If you receive a defective/damaged item, follow these steps:

a. Request Process
b. Conditions for Approval

  • Only unopened or factory-defective items qualify.

  • One exchange per order (same product/accessories only).

  • Refunds (if approved) will use the original payment method.

c. Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • International orders (outside Hong Kong): Policies differ—contact us first.
