- 付款方式選擇：
  「For School/NGO/HA Credit 30 days by cheque or bank transfer」
確認訂單
- 點擊「Complete Order」提交，系統將發送訂單確認電郵至您的郵箱。

- Required fields:
  - Full organization name
  - Delivery address
  - Contact person & mobile number
  - Organization phone & email
Select Payment Method
- Choose:
  "For School/NGO/HA Credit 30 days by cheque or bank transfer"
Complete Order
- Click "Complete Order" – a confirmation email will be sent.

Quotation Confirmation
- We will call to verify the order and email a quotation (PDF).
- Please stamp & return the approved quotation.
Shipping Arrangements
- In-stock items: Delivered in 2-3 working days.
- Special orders: 2-3 weeks (subject to availability).
- A stamped invoice (hard copy) will be included with delivery.
Payment & Receipt
- Within 30 days of delivery, please:
  - Transfer payment OR mail a cheque.
- An official receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation.
