🎮 遊戲方法

• 運球技巧遞進：先原地單手連續運球，熟練後練習左右手交替運球；再進階至繞雪糕筒運球、胯下或身前換手運球，最後挑戰邊走邊運球並計時，訓練控球及雙側協調。
• 投籃點數挑戰：在籃框前用膠紙標示不同距離的投籃點並寫上分數（近 1 分、中 2 分、遠 3 分），每人投 5 球計總分；可輪流比賽，練習瞄準、力度控制、數數及接受輸贏。

🎮 How to Play / Use

• Graded dribbling skills: start with one-handed dribbling on the spot, then alternate hands. Progress to dribbling around cones, crossovers in front of the body or between the legs, and finally timed dribbling on the move to build ball control and bilateral coordination.
• Shooting spot challenge: mark shooting spots at different distances from the hoop with tape and give them points (near 1, middle 2, far 3). Each player takes five shots and adds up their score. Take turns to practise aiming, force control, counting and handling results.
